Have you tried capturing WIP/COS activity? I think it is under Job
Management. I believe this relieves WIP and transfers costs to
appropriate accounts.

Hi All,

We have just installed the Advanced Materials Management module to
allow us to see our Work In Process. After we move material through
the operations, it shows properly on the WIP tab in the Part Tracker.
We then perform a `Receipts from Mfg' and this properly enters
material into stock, but does not properly remove the material from
the WIP tab in the part tracker.

The WIP tab in the Part Tracker shows the parts manufactured
(positive) with no bin or lot number (lot tracking is on), plus a
second line showing the parts being Received from Manufacturing
(negative) with a bin and lot number (required in `Receipts from
Mfg'). The result is a zero quantity in WIP, but we cannot get these
lines removed from the WIP tab.

We have opened an incident with technical support, but they appear to
be unable to answer the question.

If anyone is familiar with the Advanced Materials Management module;
What is the proper procedure to move finished product from the out
bin of the last operation into stock? We have tried `Receipt from
Manufacturing", "Move WIP", and "Adjust WIP" with no luck!
