Additional File Attachment Extensions

Suggestion to extend the allowed extensions by adding:

• .rar ( Everyone uses WINRar including but not limited to Joshua Giese)
• .7z ( Large files easily compressed into 7z )
• .sql ( I wanted to attach a sql script saved by SQL Studio )
