Add fields to Work Queue

I’ve been asked to add the JobHead.ReqDueDate field and a custom field (Part.Inspect_c) that we use on Part Entry to the work queue so that we can view those pieces of information in MES. I don’t see the ReqDueDate as a field that can be added to the grids in the work queue throught a personalization. How can I add fields to that .dll program in E10.2?
