We are getting a 500 error when opening 10.2.100.12 checking active homepage. any suggestions to what we may have missed. We are testing upgrade from 10.1.600.8 to 10.2.100.12
We are testing 10.2.x too and I have a ticket with Epicor for the Active Homepage. We use single sign on and I don’t want to use the Active Homepage, currently using the -classic switch in the shortcut to bypass the active home page.
Comment out the active homepage setting in the environment config file
Active home page works as soon as we add a new app server. We were hoping not to have to give everyone a new appserver link when upgrading from 10.1.600.8 to 10.2.200.3
