10.2 install from 10.0 old users tiles no longer working

Hello all…back from a needed vacation…;):sunglasses:

We are testing our new 10.2 install and noticed that the users tiles on their home page are not working. Missing an information about the Plant. Must be a new addition in this version.
Application error: The value for column 'Plant' in table 'HomeTile' is DBNull.

Why Plant was added ? wandering what is the added value?

I tested adding a new tile, and if I set a new tile to plant A, changing to plant B does not limit it’s use… I am able to launch the program.

So besides of not wanted to be the one telling all our users the need to redo their tiles setup, is there another way to make them work again?

I guess my best bet would be to use DMT to add a plant info in the table? if so, what is the table I need to update?

Got the same…

Because now the tiles are using the plant as a parameter. You select each tile, click on config icon, and save. It will save with current plant. It was designed that way to allow two tiles opening same form for different plants…as Job tracker needs to…

You could use DMT maybe to change it for all users…?
